Chemistry (MSc)

The Master of Science in Chemistry at the University of Göttingen is a research-oriented, on-site master's degree program. It offers a flexible, student-driven course structure with options to specialise in areas such as Sustainable Chemistry, Biomolecular Chemistry, or Theoretical Chemistry, and includes opportunities for stays abroad and integrated language and intercultural components.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree (at least six semesters) in chemistry with 180 credits, or at least 150 credits if applying before completing the bachelor. International applicants must provide proof of sufficient German or English language skills.
