Generation Leadership Academy – Cohort 5

The Generation Leadership Academy is a two-week intensive Youth Leadership Mentoring program designed to equip young people with leadership skills, knowledge, and experience for meaningful participation in decision-making processes. It is organized by Citizen Voice and Actions (CVA) in Rwanda and targets youth who want to develop leadership, governance, and civic engagement competencies.

Rwandan youth aged 18–26, university students; youth affiliated with civil society organizations and youth structures are encouraged to apply; willing to spend a weeklong camp and attend the academy; at least a bachelor’s degree or currently a university student.
