ABC Initiative Implementation Grants 2026

Prosperity Now, with support from the Citi Foundation, has launched the ABC Initiative and is accepting applications for its first round of Implementation Grants. Eligible nonprofit organizations operating IRS-sponsored Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) programs can receive grants to help families access child savings opportunities during tax season. Grants range from $25,000 to $150,000 and include technical assistance, onboarding, and peer learning opportunities.

Grants of $25,000 to $150,000 plus onboarding, professional training, ongoing technical assistance, implementation guidance, and access to a national learning community.

Applications are invited from eligible nonprofit organizations that operate IRS-sponsored VITA programs and meet the outlined criteria.
