Rithm Fellowship 2026–2027

The Rithm Fellowship is a paid youth leadership programme run by The Rithm Project. It selects a small cohort of five young leaders to shape conversations around AI, technology, mental health, education, and human relationships, through leadership development, research contributions, and public engagement. Fellows receive a stipend and participate in activities including conferences, workshops, and targeted projects over a stated academic year.

USD $2,000 stipend; opportunities to influence national conversations on AI and human connection; collaboration with researchers, educators, technologists, and mental health experts; hands-on research and project work; representation at conferences, workshops, and speaking engagements; leadership development; networking with a multigenerational community; access to exclusive events and summits; experience with a leading organization in AI and youth well-being.
