Johns Hopkins SAIS Public Service Fellows & Scholars Scholarships 2026–2027

The Johns Hopkins SAIS offers Public Service Fellows and Public Service Scholars Scholarships for graduate study in international relations and public policy at SAIS Washington, DC. The programs provide substantial tuition support, leadership development opportunities, exclusive networking events, and engagement with public service practitioners and policymakers for highly talented individuals pursuing careers in public service and global leadership.

Full or partial tuition scholarships, exclusive leadership programming, access to policy seminars and networking events, career development support through the Office of Global Careers, and engagement with public service practitioners and policymakers.

Citizens of any country who gain admission to the MAIR program in Washington, DC, and demonstrate leadership potential, academic excellence, and a commitment to public service (special consideration for financial need). The Scholars program is for mid-career professionals pursuing the MIPP. Applicants should have prior public service experience and intend to continue serving after graduation.

Apply for admission to the MAIR program, indicate interest in financial aid and a Public Service Award, and submit the Financial Aid Application and Scholarship Essay; FAFSA may be required for U.S. applicants.
