New Profit Connected Futures 2026 Cohort: $100,000 Unrestricted Grant and Leadership Support for U.S.-Based Social Impact Organizations

New Profit’s Connected Futures cohort provides funding and capacity-building support for U.S.-based social impact organizations. Selected organizations receive an unrestricted grant of $100,000, a $10,000 leadership development grant, strategic advisory support, and access to a national peer-learning network, along with in-person and virtual programming throughout the year.
