Call for Applications: Join the 2026 “Rejuvenating Politics” Youth Delegate Programme by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities

The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe invites motivated young people to apply for the 2026 edition of its Rejuvenating Politics Youth Delegate Programme. The programme combines participation in Congress sessions with a grassroots project developed in the delegate’s community, aimed at amplifying youth voices in European governance. Delegates gain direct exposure to policy discussions, mentorship, and opportunities to advance local initiatives.

Direct participation in international political processes, mentorship and leadership development, hands-on project management experience, and networking with elected officials from 46 European countries.

Applicants must be 18–30 years old on 31 December 2025, reside in and hold a passport from a Council of Europe member State, be actively engaged in youth work or civic activities, and be available for all programme activities in 2026.
