AIMS – Tübingen Junior Research Chair in Machine Learning for Science

The African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS), in collaboration with the Cluster of Excellence 'Machine Learning – New Perspectives for Science' at the University of Tübingen, invites applications for a Junior Research Chair in Machine Learning for Science. The position supports talented early-career scientists to lead research at the interface of machine learning and scientific discovery, with base at AIMS Kigali and ties to the University of Tübingen. The fellowship offers a six-year appointment with potential extension, salary, and funds to recruit researchers and to organize events and conferences.

Salary and administrative support; funds to recruit researchers; support to organize events and attend conferences; potential for promotion to Senior Research Chair after three years.
