The Korea Government Seoul Tech Scholarship 2026 offers fully funded master’s degree opportunities in Seoul for international students. It covers tuition, living expenses, health insurance, and airfare, aiming to attract global STEM talent to South Korea. The program is administered through the Seoul Scholarship Foundation and supported by the Seoul Metropolitan Government Economic Development Cooperation Fund.
