Mentoring and Grants for Women Working in the Energy Storage Sector

Mentoring programme for women working in the energy storage sector, designed to accelerate the careers of women in junior to middle management, support leadership pathways, and foster a global mentorship network through webinars and virtual networking. The programme is a collaboration between the Energy Storage Partnership Secretariat (hosted by ESMAP) and the Global Women’s Network for the Energy Transition (GWNET).

Mentorship from experienced professionals, knowledge-transfer components through webinars, virtual networking and peer-to-peer exchange, and a 12-month programme.

Must be a woman working in the energy storage sector (public sector, private sector, academia, etc.) in a developing country, in a junior to middle management position with 2 to 6 years of work experience.
