Applications are open for the UNU-WIDER Master Student Assignment Programme 2026. The Master Student will collaborate with UNU-WIDER’s Research unit to conduct research on specified topics related to development economics, under supervision. The programme includes a stipend to partially subsidize living costs for the duration of the visit.

Benefici

Monthly stipend to subsidize living costs; supervision by UNU-WIDER staff; opportunity to conduct research in development economics topics.

Requisiti

Be enrolled in a Master’s degree programme in Economics and currently in the second year of study in Finland; OR be enrolled in, or have completed, the Development Economics Master’s level course in Finland. English proficiency is required.
