France Excellence Europa Scholarship

The France Excellence Europa Scholarship is a government-funded master's scholarship for eligible students from the 26 EU member states to study in France. It provides financial support covering tuition, housing, and living costs, with additional allowances and integration support for selected applicants pursuing a Master’s degree in participating French higher education institutions for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Insurance coverage for the first three months, supplementary health insurance, housing assistance through CROUS residences, exemption from CVEC and tuition fees in public universities, discounted cultural activities through Campus France, 6,850 euros per semester, 1,700 euros installation allowance.

Open to citizens of the 26 EU member states who are admitted to a French higher education institution in Master 1 or Master 2 for the 2025-2026 academic year, with age 18+ and not already holding a French Master’s degree.

Submit the application via the designated French Embassy in your country of nationality by completing the official form and sending it electronically to the embassy.
