European Commission Peace Ambassador Scholarship

The European Commission Peace Ambassador Scholarship is a scholarship delivered in partnership with the European Commission to empower young people in peacebuilding, disinformation awareness, and cohesion. It includes participation in the One Young World Summit and related activities, travel to the summit, and engagement with a community of Peace Ambassadors. The programme targets young people who are actively engaged in peace-related work and seeks to amplify their voices on policy and community impact.

Access to the One Young World Summit; roundtrip travel; hotel accommodation; meals during the Summit; membership of the One Young World Ambassador Community; media profiling.

Aged 18–30 by 5 September; candidates must be actively engaged in peacebuilding, conflict resolution, tackling disinformation, or countering violent extremism; available to join the programme full time between 4 and 8 September 2022; nationals of developing or emerging countries or those affected by conflict are eligible.
