INMA Africa Emerging Leaders Programme 2025

The INMA Africa Emerging Leaders Programme identifies and recognises the next generation of news media leaders in Africa and provides connections to global programming to support future leadership. The program includes virtual master classes, access to modules and recordings, peer connections, and a certification upon completion, with a year of INMA membership and other benefits.

Applicants must be employed by a news media organisation in Africa, under 35 years of age, below senior management level, and based in Africa full-time.
