A*STAR Computing and Information Science (ACIS) Scholarship

The A*STAR Computing and Information Science (ACIS) Scholarship is a fully funded PhD pathway run by Singapore's A*STAR for international students to pursue research in computing and information science. It provides full tuition coverage, a monthly stipend, and various allowances, with opportunities to conduct research within A*STAR entities and potential postdoctoral funding avenues. The programme welcomes applicants worldwide and targets areas such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, healthcare computing, and cybersecurity.

Full tuition coverage, monthly stipend, book allowance, computer allowance, conference allowance, miscellaneous allowance, thesis allowance, overseas research attachment support (up to 12 months), potential postdoctoral funding via A*STAR International Fellowship.

Open to international students from around the world who have at least a Second Upper Class Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant field; GRE scores may strengthen evaluation.
