Youth of Excellence Scheme of China 2026–2027 Master of International Economic Cooperation (MIEC) at UIBE

The Youth of Excellence Scheme of China 2026–2027 is a fully funded scholarship under the Chinese Government Scholarship framework. It includes a one-year English-taught Master of International Economic Cooperation (MIEC) at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing, aimed at mid-career and senior professionals from developing countries to develop leadership and international cooperation capabilities. The scholarship covers tuition, living stipend, housing, medical insurance, and related academic resources for the duration of the program.

Non-Chinese citizens from developing countries with diplomatic relations with China, under 45 years of age, holding at least a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of professional experience, and working in government agencies, enterprises, research institutions, universities, or international organizations.

Two-stage application: Stage 1 pre-admission application to UIBE via CSC; Stage 2 CSC online scholarship application through the CSC portal.
