Chongqing University (CQU-CSC) Type B High-Level Postgraduate Program – Fully Funded Scholarships 2026

The Chongqing University CSC Type B High-Level Postgraduate Program offers fully funded Master’s and PhD study opportunities for outstanding international students. The scholarship covers tuition, accommodation or subsidy, a monthly living stipend, and medical insurance for the duration of the program. It is administered under the Chinese Government Scholarship framework and supports international students to pursue postgraduate studies at Chongqing University.

Full tuition waiver, accommodation on campus or subsidy, monthly living stipend, medical insurance, and admission to Master’s or PhD programs under CSC High-Level Postgraduate scheme.

Non-Chinese citizens holding a valid ordinary passport; for Master’s programs: bachelor’s degree and under 35 years old; for PhD programs: master’s degree and under 40 years old; meet minimum academic requirements and language requirements depending on program language; not currently holding another Chinese government or university scholarship.

Apply through Chongqing University’s CSC information system and then submit documents via the university’s online application system, including transcripts, degree certificates, language proof, study plan, letters of recommendation, medical examination form, and police clearance; CSC conducts final evaluation.
