Helmut Schmidt Programme for Master’s Studies

The Helmut Schmidt Programme is a DAAD-funded scholarship for master’s studies aimed at developing-country graduates. It covers 100% tuition and fees, includes a monthly stipend (€992), health insurance, travel and living allowances, and a German language course, with study in six partner universities in Germany. Eligible fields include Social Sciences, Political Science, Law, Public Administration, and related areas, with courses taught in English and/or German. The programme begins in September or October of the target year, and applicants must apply through the universities offering the master’s programmes.
