Take Action Lab

The Take Action Lab is an international immersion program by Tilting Futures for young people aged 17–21 who have finished high school, speak English, and want a transformative experience before university or early in their professional life. Over 12 weeks, participants live, study, and work in another country, developing skills to act responsibly on social and environmental causes. Two focus tracks are available: Human Rights in Cape Town, South Africa, and Environment and Sustainability in Penang Island, Malaysia, with financial aid that may cover all costs.

12-week immersion with a combination of online foundations course and an in-country placement with NGOs; potential full or partial financial support.

Applicants must be 17–21 years old, have completed secondary education, and be available full-time during the program with intermediate to advanced English.
