The MCHC/RISE-UP Undergraduate Program provides enhanced public health leadership training in maternal and child health with a focus on social determinants of health, health promotion, and care for people with developmental disabilities. It delivers three public health leadership experiences for undergraduate scholars: clinical, research, and community engagement/advocacy. The program is run as a summer, primarily in-person cohort with some hybrid and virtual options and includes partnering universities and institutions across the United States.

Requisiti
Currently enrolled rising juniors or seniors, or those who received their baccalaureate degree within 12 calendar months of the program orientation; minimum 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale; interest in maternal and child health or health promotion; US citizen, US National, or permanent resident; able to commit to the program length.
