University of Malaya Bright Scholarship 2026

The University of Malaya Bright Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded PhD scholarship offered to international and Malaysian students enrolled at the University of Malaya. It targets research-based PhD study and provides a full tuition waiver and a monthly stipend for a multi-year duration. The programme supports advanced research across various fields and aims to attract bright minds to contribute to cutting-edge research.

Applicants must be of all nationalities, be up to 30 years old at application time, hold a Bachelor’s Degree with CGPA > 3.70 and a Master’s Degree that is research-based or mixed mode with CGPA ≥ 3.70/4.00; English proficiency tests are required.
