NUS Research Scholarship

The NUS Research Scholarship is a competitive, fully funded award for outstanding graduate students admitted to full-time research-based master's or doctoral programmes at the National University of Singapore. It supports research across all academic disciplines and is considered automatically as part of the graduate admissions process. The scholarship is renewable annually subject to satisfactory academic progress. International recipients may undertake Graduate Assistantship roles that include teaching and research duties.

Full tuition coverage; monthly stipend (SGD 2,200 for master's; SGD 2,600 for doctoral); subsidised health insurance; opportunity for Graduate Assistantship roles.

Open to applicants admitted to full-time research-based master's or doctoral programmes at NUS; available to students from all countries worldwide, including African nations.

Applicants apply for admission to NUS research degree programmes on the provider's site; scholarship consideration is automatic as part of the admissions process (no separate scholarship application).
