Coach in Teaching and Leadership

The Coach in Teaching and Leadership is a key role within Teach For Senegal, acting as a bridge between the organization and volunteers. The position involves mentoring and coaching a cohort of about 10 volunteers, coordinating and delivering professional development, and supporting volunteers through their two-year program with schools in underserved communities. The role is based in Dakar or Podor and reports to the Training and Support Lead.

Salary (dependent on experience); opportunities for professional development and internal mobility.

Requires a university degree and 3-5 years of experience in professional training in education; ability to work autonomously and remotely; strong communication skills in French/Pulaar; English is an advantage.
