The Fundación Rafael del Pino Excellence Scholarships are fully funded grants for Spanish citizens who have completed an undergraduate degree or higher, to pursue master's or doctoral studies at leading universities worldwide. The program provides annual stipends to cover tuition, accommodation, mobility, and related expenses, with eligibility linked to ranking within the top 25% of the cohort. Recipients are supported through the duration of their degree studies in partnerships with top global universities.

Citizens with Spanish nationality who have completed an undergraduate degree or higher.
