Friedrich Naumann Foundation Scholarship

The Friedrich Naumann Foundation Scholarship is a funding programme for high-achieving students and researchers that supports study at German public or officially recognized universities. It is intended for both German and international applicants pursuing bachelor, master or doctoral studies, and includes leadership development, networking, and political and academic activities to develop leadership skills alongside studies.

Financial support for studies (monthly allowance) and additional financial support, leadership development programs, academic supervision, conferences and international networking, and access to an international alumni network.

The scholarship targets German and EU students as well as international students, for bachelor, master, and doctoral studies at German universities. Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence, leadership or community involvement, commitment to freedom and democracy, and German language proficiency at least at level B2 for application.
