Mexican Government Excellence Scholarship

The Mexican Government Excellence Scholarship is a fully funded programme aimed at attracting talent from around the world to study and conduct research at Mexican public universities. It supports study and research across bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, and postdoctoral levels through AMEXCID. The scholarship provides full funding, including tuition waivers, stipends, international travel, health insurance, visa costs, and local relocation support where applicable.

Open to candidates of all nationalities; applicants must have an active university acceptance letter from a participating Mexican university and meet program-specific academic requirements.

Select a program and obtain admission from a participating Mexican university, translate documents to Spanish if required, register in the SIGCA system, upload documents, and submit the application
