Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program 2026-2027

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program 2026-2027 is a Fulbright exchange for international professionals to pursue non-degree academic study and相關 professional development at host universities in the United States. The program is funded by the U.S. Department of State and administered by the Institute of International Education, and participants receive support for coursework, living expenses, and professional activities. Citizenship in an eligible country, an undergraduate degree, at least five years of full-time professional experience, demonstrated leadership and public service, limited experience in the United States, and English language ability.
