The Kostajnica Municipality public konkurs for scholarships is a call for students and high school pupils in the Kostajnica area to compete for four types of scholarships (social status, deficits in occupations, academic achievement, and sports). It targets regular students in the first cycle of higher education who are starting the specified academic year and who meet local eligibility criteria.

Open to regular secondary school pupils and students of the first cycle of higher education who are residents of Kostajnica and meet age and other statutory criteria; may apply for one scholarship type only.
