Konkurs Fondacije Luka Ćelović za dodjelu stipendija za školsku 2025/26. godinu

The Luka Ćelović Foundation scholarship competition offers financial support to first-year regular students at public state higher education institutions for various faculties. Applicants must be citizens of Republika Srpska with permanent residence in Trebinje, enrolled for the first time as regular first-year students, and not receiving other stipends or financial aid. Winners are determined by a commission based on final-year high school achievement, chosen faculty, and financial need.

Applicant must be a citizen of Republika Srpska with permanent residence in Trebinje, registered for the first time as a regular student in the first year at one of the eligible faculties, and must not be a recipient of other stipends or material support.

Submit a written application on the prescribed form, including a university confirmation of first-year enrollment. Send the completed application via the foundation's official website by 2025-09-01; selected candidates will be required to provide original documents upon request.
