Monash University Malaysia Graduate Research Excellence Scholarship 2026

The Monash University Malaysia Graduate Research Excellence Scholarship is a fully funded programme for new and eligible graduate research students pursuing a Research Master’s or PhD at Monash University Malaysia. It provides a 100% tuition fee waiver and a monthly stipend for up to two years for research master’s students and up to three years and six months for doctoral students. The scholarship is awarded competitively based on academic record, research publications and experience, and shortlisted applicants may be invited for an interview.

Full tuition fee waiver; monthly stipend; funding for the study period as specified for Research Master’s or PhD programs.

New and eligible first-year graduate research students may apply; current Monash Malaysia graduate research students may apply once during their first year of candidature.
