UTM ASCEND Scholarship 2027

The UTM ASCEND Scholarship is a fully funded PhD scholarship offered by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia to support high-achieving local and international doctoral candidates. It covers tuition fees for up to six semesters and provides a monthly living allowance, with two pathways: ASCEND Fast-Track and ASCEND Bright Talent. Applicants must have an official offer letter for a PhD program at UTM and demonstrate strong academic and research potential aligned with UTM’s strategic priorities.
