The U.S. Embassy Ghana Public Diplomacy Grants Program 2026 offers project grants to eligible organizations in Ghana to strengthen U.S.–Ghana relations through activities in education, entrepreneurship, innovation, media development, cultural exchange, and related areas. Grants range from $15,000 to $60,000 per project, with total funding around $120,000 for the cycle and an expected 2–8 awards; projects should last 3–10 months and begin within 90 days of the award date.

Project grants to fund eligible activities; the program supports initiatives that align with U.S. foreign policy priorities and foster collaboration between Ghanaian and American institutions.

Eligible organizations capable of managing U.S. government grant funding may apply, including registered nonprofit organizations, civil society organizations, educational institutions and universities, think tanks, public international organizations, government institutions, independent media organizations, and cultural organizations.
