Biodiversa+ – Restoration of ecosystem functioning, integrity, and connectivity (BiodivConnect)

Biodiversa+ is a European biodiversity partnership funding collaborative research projects addressing biodiversity science with societal and policy relevance. The BiodivConnect call focuses on restoration of ecosystem functioning, integrity and connectivity and targets projects that integrate innovative research into restoration practice. Projects must be led by consortia with at least three partners from three participating partner countries and have a maximum duration of 36 months.

Project funding administered by national/regional funders for consortia projects; support for up to 36 months.

Researchers at universities, non-university research institutions and relevant industrial research departments active in biodiversity research; proposals must include at least three partners from three participating partner countries.

Two-stage submission (concept then full proposal) via the Call Secretariat electronic submission system; additionally administrative and financial data and scientific abstracts must be submitted to FWF's elane portal in the specified program categories and by the stated local deadlines.
