After-Work-Cooking mit heimischen Wildkräutern und Wildblüten is an in-person workshop at the Botanischer Garten, Universität Heidelberg. Participants are introduced to identification features of wild plants and learn preparation techniques while cooking together, with attention to preserving valuable plant constituents. The event is led by Friederike Niestroj and takes place in the greenhouses of the botanical garden.

Instruction in identification of wild herbs and flowers; practical cooking experience and guidance on preserving nutritional compounds.
