A studerandeskyddsombud is a student safety representative who represents fellow students in matters concerning the student working environment. The role involves participating in systematic work on the working environment, such as safety rounds and protection committees, without bearing legal responsibility for the working environment. Lund University provides regular training for student safety representatives consisting of an online Canvas course and a teacher-led session for case discussion and experience exchange.
