Turkish Government Scholarship

The Turkish Government Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship programme for international students to pursue Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degrees in Turkey. The scholarship covers tuition, a monthly stipend, accommodation and additional benefits and may include a Turkish language preparatory course. Applicants receive health insurance and a one-time return airfare among other privileges.

Open to non-Turkish citizens (Turkish nationals or former Turkish citizens are not eligible). Applicants must not be currently enrolled in a Turkish university at the same level applied for. Minimum academic achievement: Associate & Bachelor’s: ≥ 70% (or equivalent); Master’s & PhD: ≥ 75% (or equivalent); Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy: ≥ 90%. Age criteria: Under 21 for undergraduate, Under 30 for Master’s, Under 35 for PhD.
