Metodología de la comparación jurídica. Modelos de justicia constitucional, supranacional, electoral y ambiental

The Summer School "Metodología de la comparación jurídica" is an interdisciplinary course on methods of legal comparison, focusing on constitutional, supranational, electoral and environmental justice. It is organized by the Center of Latin American Studies of the University of Bologna in collaboration with SciencesPo and runs in-person in Bologna and Paris with an option to attend online. The course awards a final attendance certificate (100 hours, 4 ECTS) and includes access to university library databases and a joint certificate from SciencesPo and the Center for Latin American Studies of the University of Bologna.

Applicants with Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degrees (or equivalents) in Law or Social Sciences; the course is addressed to lawyers (judges, attorneys, diplomatic staff and government officials), doctoral or master students, and public, private and non-profit sector professionals working in public and social policy.
