Postgraduate Scholarships of the Ministry of Human Capital and the Fulbright Commission

The Postgraduate Scholarships programme, run by the Secretaría de Educación of the Ministry of Human Capital in partnership with the Fulbright Commission, funds Argentine graduates to pursue master's or doctoral studies at universities in the United States. Selected fellows study during the 2027–2028 academic cycle and may receive support for up to two years. The scholarship includes international travel, a monthly stipend, emergency health coverage and assistance with admissions and seeking partial or full tuition support.

Applicants must be Argentine nationals with permanent residence in Argentina at the time of application; be graduates of degree programmes of at least four years from an Argentine higher education institution; have a strong academic record; and demonstrate excellent command of English.
