Capacity Boost to Strengthen Regional Industrial Symbioses

The Capacity Boost to Strengthen Regional Industrial Symbioses is a call for project proposals to fund initiatives that increase regional value creation and support the green transition through circular economy and industrial symbioses. Projects must build research capacity, develop study programmes and continuing professional development, and strengthen collaboration between regional research and industrial actors. Activities should improve resource efficiency, reduce emissions and waste, and contribute to innovation and competitiveness in green markets.

The Project Owner must be an approved Norwegian research organisation. The project manager's expertise will be assessed but there are no formal qualification requirements; collaborating partners must meet role-specific requirements and one actor cannot hold multiple roles in the same project.
