2026 International Workshop on ATM/CNS (IWAC2026)

The 2026 International Workshop on ATM/CNS (IWAC2026) is a professional workshop focused on Air Traffic Management, Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance with a special topic on Next-Generation Airport Operations. It brings together policy makers, operators, industry stakeholders, researchers, and academics to review and discuss R&D strategies across the aviation spectrum. The event accepts contributions in Academic and Interchange paper categories and includes peer review for the Academic category. IWAC2026 will be held in Tokyo, Japan from 2026-11-17 to 2026-11-19.

Opportunity to present papers in Academic or Interchange tracks; Academic papers undergo peer review; forum for discussion and review of R&D strategies in ATM/CNS.

Participants include policy makers, operators, industry stakeholders, researchers, and academics; contributions are accepted in Regular and Student divisions. Papers must be written in English and meet the specified formatting and page-length requirements.

Submit a manuscript in English. Academic category: 4–8 pages, peer-reviewed, for Regular and Student divisions. Interchange category: 1–8 pages for non-academic presentations; all papers formatted in two columns on A4.
