UNSW Business School Merit Scholarships

The UNSW Business School Merit Scholarships are a set of undergraduate scholarships for students commencing studies in the UNSW Business School. Different named scholarships within the program target students in degrees such as the Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Commerce and provide annual monetary awards for the minimum duration of the recipient's program. Selection is based on academic merit, leadership, extra‑curricular activities and aptitude/commitment to business studies.

$8,000 per annum (Kosmos Asset Management Academic Achievement Scholarship in Economics) or $10,000 per annum (Philandron Foundation Scholarship) for the minimum duration of the recipient's program.

Applicants must be commencing undergraduate studies in the UNSW Business School (examples listed include Bachelor of Economics or Bachelor of Commerce). Specific scholarships require Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or New Zealand citizens; the Philandron Foundation Scholarship additionally requires having lived in a rural, regional or remote area within the two years prior to starting UNSW studies.

Applicants must submit an online application to be considered; supporting documentation is required and late applications or missing documentation will not be accepted.
