UNSW Veterans Scholarship

The UNSW Veterans Scholarship provides financial support to former and transitioning Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel or their dependents who are experiencing disadvantage and are commencing studies in any UNSW undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree program. Undergraduate recipients receive $5,000 per annum payable for the minimum duration of a single or double degree program. Postgraduate recipients receive a scholarship with a total value of up to $20,000. Applicants are considered via the UNSW Scholarships application process and relevant UAC schemes.

$5,000 per annum for undergraduates; up to $20,000 total for postgraduates.

Be commencing in a UNSW undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree program; and be a former or transitioning Australian Defence Force personnel, or their dependent.

Complete the UNSW Scholarships application form and submit evidence of own or parents' Australian military service record through the UNSW Scholarships portal. Undergraduate applicants may also apply via the Educational Access Scheme (EAS); postgraduate applicants may submit a UAC Equity Scholarship (ES) application.
