MARIHE – Master in Research and Innovation in Higher Education

The MARIHE programme is a two-year Erasmus Mundus Joint Master designed to train professionals for careers in higher education, research policy, university leadership and innovation. It combines international mobility across a consortium of institutions in Europe and Asia, with modules on higher-education policy, institutional management, research systems, entrepreneurship, and innovation, including a mandatory internship of at least eight weeks. Selected students receive a tuition-fee scholarship and may be eligible for the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship, which provides a monthly allowance for living, travel, and related costs.

Tuition coverage, health and accident insurance, monthly living allowance for some selected students, travel and installation cost support, additional scholarships for certain candidates, and international mobility across partner institutions.

Applicants must hold a first university degree of at least three years and may come from any discipline; applicants should demonstrate relevance to higher education and show potential for a career in universities, research administration, or education policy.
