The Africa Fellows in Education Program (AFEP) is a fellowship that supports a network of Africa-based policy fellows to strengthen education policy research and evidence-based decision-making across Sub-Saharan Africa. Fellows develop skills in evaluating research, using performance data, and engaging policymakers and civil society to improve educational outcomes. The program aims to build leaders who can contribute to local, national, and regional education policy through rigorous analysis and dissemination.

Requisiti
Applicants must be nationals of Sub-Saharan African countries, have an MA or PhD in a relevant field, be proficient in quantitative analysis, and work for or be affiliated with a government, research, or higher education institution in Sub-Saharan Africa. Female applicants are strongly encouraged.
Candidatura
Applications are managed by GEAI in collaboration with PEP; required documents include a two-page statement of interest, a two-page essay, and an updated CV with referees.
