Schneider Electric Nigeria 2027 Graduate Programme

The Schneider Electric Nigeria Graduate Programme is a 24-month structured development programme for Nigerian graduates, featuring rotational assignments, mentorship, and exposure to real business projects within Schneider Electric. The programme targets recent graduates to build technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities and to gain experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Hold a BEng or BSc in Electrical/Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or Psychology; minimum 2nd Class Upper Division; recent graduate (Class of 2026) or expected graduate within 6 months; NYSC completed or to be completed within the next 6 months in 2026; legally eligible to work in Nigeria; based in Lagos; available to start February 2027; willingness to complete the 24-month programme.
