Wageningen University & Research Excellence Programme – MSc Scholarships 2027/28

The Wageningen University & Research Excellence Programme is a fully funded scholarship scheme to attract outstanding non-EU and non-EFTA international students to pursue a Master’s degree at Wageningen University & Research, starting in September 2027. It offers a full tuition fee waiver for 24 months, along with a living allowance and related costs, and is awarded competitively to applicants with exceptional academic records.

Full tuition waiver for 24 months; living allowance; health and liability insurance; residence permit fee.

Applicants must be citizens of a non-EU and non-EFTA country, hold a bachelor’s degree completed before 1 December 2026, be unconditionally admitted to a WUR MSc programme, and meet the English language requirements with a GPA of 80% or higher.
