French-African Foundation Young Leaders Program 2025

The French-African Foundation Young Leaders Program 2025 brings together 30 young talents from France and Africa for purpose-driven leadership. The two-week immersive program includes high-level exchanges, workshops, and discussions with influential figures across public and private sectors in Africa and France, aiming to foster networks and insights for impact. Fellows engage in meetings with influential personalities, training courses, and exchanges with decision-makers to develop leadership and bridge-building capabilities.

Be between 28 and 40 years old, bilingual in English (French language is an asset), have at least 5 years of work experience with demonstrable leadership and impact, and be a national of a country on the African or French continent.
