Juriste Principal (e) chargé (e) des affaires juridiques opérationnelles

The BOAD invites applications for the position of Principal Lawyer in charge of operational legal affairs in Lomé, Togo. The role involves providing legal support to the bank's operational activities, drafting and monitoring contracts, managing security for operations, and supporting debt collection and litigation activities. The position requires a postgraduate degree in legal sciences with specialization in corporate or financial law and several years of relevant experience.

Candidate must hold a BAC+5 in Legal Sciences with specialization in Business Law/Financial Law and have at least five years of relevant experience, including three in a similar role; bilingual English/French is advantageous.
