Beca Avanza

The Beca Avanza is a financial support programme for students in basic education in Tamaulipas, aiming to reduce dropout by providing a monetary grant to selected students. The grant is issued through the Secretaría de Educación de Tamaulipas and managed by ITABEC, with distribution via regional centers. The funding supports basic education students, including those in Special and Preschool categories, and is awarded to families based on demonstrated need and eligibility.

Monetary support to enrolled students in public basic education to promote access and retention.

Open to students enrolled in public basic education institutions in Tamaulipas, including Special, Preschool and Primary levels, and to those identified by DIF Tamaulipas with high vulnerability.

Submit the required application and documents online at the official portal or deliver them physically at the corresponding Centro Regional de Desarrollo Educativo.
