Study Scholarships – Master Studies for All Academic Disciplines

The DAAD Study Scholarships – Master Studies for All Academic Disciplines is a funded scholarship program for master's level studies in Germany, open to graduates and students who wish to pursue a master's degree at a German state or state-recognized university. The stipend covers living costs for the duration of the master's program (typically 10 to 24 months), with additional allowances and possible housing or language support where needed; however, tuition costs are not covered by the scholarship if the program requires payment of tuition.

Monthly stipend of 992 EUR; annual study allowance of 460 EUR; health, accident, and civil liability insurance; travel allowance; potential housing subsidy, family allowance, and German language course funding where applicable.

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification and must have completed their degree within the past 6 years. Proficiency in the language of instruction (English or German) with a certificate not older than 3 years is required. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a strong academic record and demonstrate motivation for studies in Germany.
